01. How much do you charge to design and build a website?
Each website and client is unique, our costs are based on your exact requirements. We have various website design and build packages, which start at £750. Our prices are extremely reasonable and we are flexible with our packages in order to suit your requirements to the best of our ability.
02. How long does it take to completely design and build a website?
This varies depending on the size and complexity of the project. It is possible to put together and complete an entire website within a few weeks. Once we know your requirements, we will be able to provide you with a better idea of how long the project will take. If you are looking for a quick turn around, please get in touch as we are able to offer an extremely fast service to meet a deadline or launch date.
03. Do you help with branding, design and logos?
Of course, we make sure our clients get the attention they deserve. We can help strengthen your brand image by either creating something new and fresh or by carrying your existing and recognizable brand throughout various elements of your business.

05. Do we need a face to face meeting before we begin?
We are always happy to meet up with local clients to discuss a project in person. However, I understand that this isn’t always possible. We will need to discuss a few things before we begin, but this can all be done over the phone at a time that suits you or by email.

07. Are there any other hidden costs for my website?
No. We don’t believe in hidden fees or unexpected bills. No-one likes to be hit with a cost they didn’t know about. We are 100% transparent with all costs before starting any project. You’ll know what to pay and when before the project begins. We require a 50% deposit on all website design and build packages before we begin a project. The remaining sum will be required on completion. Website hosting, maintenance and support packages are billed monthly and must be paid on invoice to keep your site live.
08. I already have a website, but want a new design, can you help?
Yes, of course, depending on which platform your existing site is built on. Please get in touch as we are sure we will be able to help! It’s best to let us know what you’re currently working with and what your requirements are for this update/ redesign.
09. Can you supply written content and source photos?
Yes absolutely. We work with trusted copywriters with a range of different skill sets, who will have your copy needs covered. Good photos help us to make your website look even more appealing. We work closely with local photographers who can come to your location to take the perfect shot. Failing that, we also have access to stock libraries that can deliver high quality stock images for your site.
10. Do I need a mobile website?
Yes absolutely, most of your site visitors will be viewing your site from a mobile device, so it is important that your website looks great on a variety of devices. With all website design and build packages, we work hard to ensure that your site is mobile friendly.
11. What do you build your websites on?
Primarily, we use WordPress, which is an incredible platform with great tools and features to make your website not only stunning but user friendly and easy to navigate.
